Cass Toys Chalkboard

This vintage chalkboard was produced by Cass Toys around the 1950's. The top of the item features a bright illustration of two children playing in a meadow. In the middle of the image is a knob and 4" diameter cutout. Using the knob, different animals can be rotated into the illustration. As the photographs indicate, one of the original animals is missing; however, as the original fixture is still there, a new item (such as a cardboard cutout) could be put in its placed. The item measures 45" H x 22 3/4" L. When closed, the board measures 2 1/2" W; when open, it measures 23 1/2" W. The chalkboard measures 18 1/4" L x 15 1/4" H.
