Hamilton 40 Drawer Flat File Printers Typeface Cabinet

This vintage flat file cabinet was made by the Hamilton Manufacturing Co. in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. These cabinets were originally used to store and sort various sizes and fonts of typeface for print work. The cabinet has two banks of 20 drawers, for a total of 40. Each drawer measures 32 x 17 x 2. The Cabinet itself measures 73 x 22 x 62 at the back of the slanted top.
