mid-century-pink-and-blue-floral-art-glass-table-lamp
Mid-Century Pink and Blue Floral Art Glass Table Lamp

Decorative table lamp assembled from substantial clear art-glass components with encased pink floral and pale blue foliate decoration. The body combines a faceted clear-glass plinth, rounded floral base section, cut-glass spacers, a tapered floral center, silver-tone fittings, and a clear spherical finial with metal leaf-form accents. An open harp surrounds the socket and provides support for a shade.

The finial nut is embossed "PAT 2059314," corresponding to a 1936 patent.

The lamp is in good condition and remains sturdy, although the assembled body is somewhat loose. Each glass section can rotate around the central stem, and the glass finial turns within its setting. Three dark inclusions within the glass appear consistent with manufacture and are shown in the close-up photographs. Brown residue is present on the underside of the base, possibly indicating that a bottom cover or protective material was previously attached. The metal fittings exhibit scattered tarnish, oxidation, and surface wear. The lamp was rewired by our shop with a fabric-covered cord and works as expected. Bulb and shade are not included. Sold as is.

5.5" W x 5.5" D x 27" H

MM - C-22561 - 110426

For information regarding shipping, please visit our Terms & Conditions page here.
