Each cover follows the chair's distinctive one-piece seat-and-back profile and is finished in vivid red-orange woven fabric with padded contouring, shaped seams, and a piped perimeter. These are upholstery covers only; fiberglass chair shells and pedestal bases are not included. All three manufacturer's tags have been removed.

Introduced by Knoll as part of Saarinen's Pedestal Collection in the 1950s, the Tulip chair was developed to eliminate the visual clutter of conventional chair legs through a unified molded shell and pedestal base.

Covers are in good condition with light staining and scattered discoloration visible across the woven surfaces. Some creasing, minor surface wear, and slight variations in shape are present from age, use, and storage. One cover has a loose thread along an interior seam and is missing its shaping wire. The remaining shaping components have not been tested on chair shells. All three manufacturer's tags have been removed.

18.75" L x 20" W x 17" H
Seat Depth: 15.5" L

MM - C-22628 - 102726

For information regarding shipping, please visit our Terms & Conditions page here.

https://industrialartifacts.net/products/set-of-three-vintage-eero-saarinen-tulip-chair-upholstery-covers
