This vintage hand painted safety sign comes from the General Electric DeKalb Motors Plant in Dekalb, Illinois. The sign measures 36" x 36" and weighs about 11 1/2 pounds. It is custom painted on masonite board, possibly made in the 1960s. This sign depicts a man running, obviously to caution against running in the workplace. There are two versions of this sign available, with only minor differences. One difference being that there is a small scratch and discoloration on one of the signs, which is noted in the last photo. The comical artwork of the sign helps make it very unique. It would make an excellent addition to any advertising collection, or for use in any workshop. Please take a close look at all of the photos.
