Vintage Industrial Reinforced Wooden Strong Box Tool Box Trunk Chest Jewelry Treasure

This interesting vintage locking chest is solid and heavy duty, though the key is missing. Perhaps this was used for someone's personal tools or to hold items of value. The trunk measures 21 3/4" L x 15 3/4" W x 11" T. Inside there are several sliding trays, two measuring 10 5/8" L x 3 1/4" W x 3 1/8" H inside and one measuring 10 5/8" L x 3 3/8" W x 1 1/8" H. The inside cavity of the trunk measures 18 3/8" L x 11 3/8" W x 8 7/8" H minus the trays and slide rails. It's rather heavy as well.
