Here we have a unique ornament for your desk or shelf. This piece appears to have slid along a ruler at one time, which is not included. It can sit nicely on its flat edge and it reads "The L.S. Starrett Co. Athol Mass. U.S.A. No. 12." The round center piece rotates and has a level with a bubble which can be clamped into any position. It is 7" L x 3.5" T" x 1" W.
