This vintage tin toy is believed to have been produced in Japan. The wind-up feature of the toy is still somewhat functioning; however, it needs some work to be restored to its original condition. E.g., the back wheel will spin when wound up, but not when placed on a surface. We have made no attempt to resolve this issue, and are selling the toy as is. It measures 1.5" high x 4" long x 2.5" wide.
