The rest-and-relief dental stool was manufactured by the Ritter company of Rochester, NY. This 1930s stool swivels on a ball joint and can rotate and flex at any angle. This stool was designed to relieve the doctors back during examinations and procedures. This stool retains its original Ritter Model C 1, 18C13907 label. This piece is in good condition, showing wear with scratch marks on the base and some small damage to a corner of the stools seat, as pictured.

The diameter of the base measures 11.75", with the seat measuring 11" in diameter. This stool can sit at either a height of 23" or a height of 30".

If a parcel shipment exceeds $100, the remaining costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. FREIGHT SHIPPING

We work with a number of freight carriers and private drivers, and are happy to assist buyers in finding suitable shipping arrangements for large items. Please reach out to us for quotes and more information about your shipping options. 

Please note that buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of all items that are too large to ship parcel. Moreover, all shipments are considered FOB (Free on Board), meaning the responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer the moment the shipment leaves our dock. Any risk of loss or damage after this point is assumed solely by the buyer. In the event of damage or loss, we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process if we helped coordinate the shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All shipments going outside of the continental United States will require consultation prior to shipping. Items will be crated and shipped by boat or by air at the buyer's expense. Please contact us regarding any questions you may have.
