Antique lighted and reverse painted glass sign displaying the Black Clawson fourdrinier and press part.
A fourdrinier is a machine used in the paper making process that forms the "webs" of paper from the pulp slurry. A press part then, as as the name would suggest, and presses any liquid from the slurry and is instrumental in attaining high paper quality.

This signs features reverse painted graphics on a glass pane that is housed in a wooden frame that has a can attached the the back which houses the lighting hardware.

This piece exhibits minor signs of wear and light is in working condition.

PARCEL SHIPPING
We offer free shipping to the continental US on smaller items. All parcel packages are fully insured and shipped through USPS or UPS.

FREIGHT SHIPPING
NOTE: All shipments are considered Free on Board (FOB), meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment the moment it leaves our loading dock. Any damages or loss that may occur after this point are the buyer's responsibility. In the event of damage or loss, we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process if we helped coordinate the shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles.

Free freight shipping to a terminal is available for most large items (some terms apply). Free shipping is only offered to orders in the continental US. Our shop also works with a number of private drivers, and we are happy to assist buyers in finding private shipping for their order if desired. Please reach out to us for more information about your shipping options.

A 2 - 4 week period is to be expected for freight delivery. Packaging your freight safely and contracting with the most valuable broker is our highest priority in order to save you money and time. Please provide a phone number for our shipping carriers to contact you regarding delivery or pickup. This is required after purchase.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 
Due to the high value of some of our items, many items shipped internationally cannot always be insured for their full value. In these cases, we will insure them to the full extent available, but will not be responsible for additional damages above the available insured amount. International items are shipped via USPS or UPS; please become familiar with the insurance policy associated with your country. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND TAXES THAT MAY APPLY.

OTHER
Our items may contain rust, dust, grease, or grit. All of our pieces are reclaimed from industrial environments where they may have been exposed to years of use and weathering. As such, each piece has character. Industrial Artifacts cannot be held responsible for matters of taste regarding the character of a piece.

Bulbs for light fixtures are not included unless specified.

Returns: Returns are not accepted.
Refunds: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to refunded purchases wherein the buyer no longer wishes to complete the transaction.

Industrial Artifacts ships small goods and freight worldwide from our offices in DeKalb, IL just outside Chicago. All shipments are insured for full value. Please note that returns are not accepted.

PARCEL SHIPPING

We ship smaller objects with UPS and USPS. All shipments are fully insured and adhere to carrier packing guidelines. Shipping costs for smaller items being shipped within the continental United States are free up to $100. If a parcel shipment exceeds $100, the remaining costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out to us for a free shipping quote on items you are interested in purchasing and note that international shipments may incur additional shipping cost.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

We work with a number of freight carriers and private drivers, and are happy to assist buyers in finding suitable shipping arrangements for large items. Please reach out to us for quotes and more information about your shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
