Antique etched glass bourbon bottle from Willow Springs, featuring gold embossing on the letters and logo.

Willow Springs Distilling Company, situated in south Omaha, Nebraska, was part of a national conglomerate and became Nebraska's first distillery. It grew to become the nation's third-largest distillery before the Great Depression. Founded in 1866 by J.C. McCoy, it was seized by the federal government in 1869 due to unpaid taxes and sold to James G. McGrath and Peter E. Iler, operating as Iler and Company. Iler later played a significant role in anti-prohibition movements in Nebraska. At its peak in the 1880s, Willow Springs distilled 1,200 gallons of spirits daily.

This item, save for some dust and water stains, remains in excellent condition.
