Rare 1922 Snap-on Interchangeable Socket Wrench Automotive Pamphlet

Original four-panel folding sales pamphlet advertising Snap-on interchangeable socket wrenches for automobile owners and mechanics. Printed in orange and black, the illustrated cover contrasts scattered individual wrenches with the company's compact interchangeable system. Interior panels promote vehicle-specific tool kits, explain the advantages of carrying Snap-on tools for roadside repairs, and list kits and period prices for numerous automobile makes, including Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, Hudson, Oldsmobile, Packard, Studebaker, and others. The reverse includes illustrations of Ford, Buick, and Chevrolet car-owner sets, with an unfilled dealer information panel and the printed designation "E-52."
Founded in Milwaukee in 1920, the Snap-on Wrench Company introduced an interchangeable system of five handles and ten sockets promoted with the phrase "Five do the work of Fifty," establishing the foundation of the Snap-on tool brand.
Pamphlet is in very good condition. The exterior front and back panels show scattered soiling, discoloration, and light handling wear when closed. Interior printing remains clean and fully legible, with minor age-related toning and wear along the folds. Fold lines remain intact, and no tears are present.

PARCEL SHIPPING
We ship smaller objects with UPS and USPS. All shipments are fully insured and adhere to carrier packing guidelines. Shipping costs for smaller items being shipped within the continental United States are free up to $100. If a parcel shipment exceeds $100, the remaining costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out to us for a free shipping quote on items you are interested in purchasing and note that international shipments may incur additional shipping cost.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Free freight shipping is available for most large items. Conditions and restrictions apply: Free delivery is only offered on orders in the continental US. Shipping for freight items is free up to $500. If freight shipping costs exceed $500, the buyer is responsible for covering any amount over $500. Free freight delivery services include: delivery to a freight terminal, curbside delivery, and door-to-door delivery with a private carrier. White glove delivery services are *not included* in our free freight shipping policy, but may be available for a fee. Buyers may be subject to fees in cases where a delivery location is remote/difficult to access, or where a shipment requires special handling. Please contact us for shipping quotes and available services prior to purchasing.
All shipments are considered FOB (Free on Board), meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment the moment it leaves our loading dock. Any risk of loss or damage after this point is assumed solely by the buyer. In the event of damage or loss, we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process if we helped coordinate the shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles.
Delivery for freight items averages between 2-4 weeks. Longer delivery times are to be expected in cases where a delivery location is remote or when an order contains especially large or fragile items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All shipments going outside of the continental United States will require consultation prior to shipping. Items will be crated and shipped by boat or by air at the buyer's expense. Please contact us regarding any questions you may have.
