Hand-painted metal industrial safety sign with bold red and black block lettering reading, "THIS COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR EYES IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING YOUR SAFETY GLASSES," accompanied by a hand-painted illustration of protective eyewear in the lower right corner. The sign features rounded corners with mounting holes at each side and retains its original white painted background with contrasting lettering. Remnants of mint green paint along the perimeter and drips on the reverse indicate it was mounted within a painted industrial or manufacturing environment.

Hand-painted safety signs like this were commonly produced for factories, mills, and workshops before standardized screen-printed and porcelain enamel signage became ubiquitous, with many being made locally by commercial sign painters for individual facilities.

Shows oxidation spotting across the entirety of the painted surface, along with a scrape at the bottom center of the front. Mint green paint remains along the edges on both the front and reverse, with paint drips visible across the upper edge of the reverse. The reverse exhibits numerous scratches, scuffs, and handling marks consistent with long-term industrial use. Lettering remains bold and easily legible despite age-related wear.

PARCEL SHIPPING

We ship smaller objects with UPS and USPS. All shipments are fully insured and adhere to carrier packing guidelines. Shipping costs for smaller items being shipped within the continental United States are free up to $100. If a parcel shipment exceeds $100, the remaining costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. FREIGHT SHIPPING

Free freight shipping is available for most large items. Conditions and restrictions apply: Free delivery is only offered on orders in the continental US. Shipping for freight items is free up to $500. If freight shipping costs exceed $500, the buyer is responsible for covering any amount over $500. Free freight delivery services include: delivery to a freight terminal, curbside delivery, and door-to-door delivery with a private carrier. White glove delivery services are *not included* in our free freight shipping policy, but may be available for a fee. Buyers may be subject to fees in cases where a delivery location is remote/difficult to access, or where a shipment requires special handling. Please contact us for shipping quotes and available services prior to purchasing. 

All shipments are considered FOB (Free on Board), meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment the moment it leaves our loading dock. Any risk of loss or damage after this point is assumed solely by the buyer. In the event of damage or loss, we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process if we helped coordinate the shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles. 

Delivery for freight items averages between 2-4 weeks. Longer delivery times are to be expected in cases where a delivery location is remote or when an order contains especially large or fragile items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All shipments going outside of the continental United States will require consultation prior to shipping. Items will be crated and shipped by boat or by air at the buyer's expense. Please contact us regarding any questions you may have.
